Hayk Khachatryan

I'm a researcher in materials science currently working on perovskite solar cells and their optimization for enhanced efficiency and stability. My research focuses on developing effective hybrid perovskites through architectural modifications and additive engineering, exploring how structural changes and material additives can improve both the performance and longevity of these promising photovoltaic devices. My work spans both theoretical and practical aspects of materials science, particularly in the realm of sustainable energy applications. I have experience in finite element simulation and mechanical testing, which allows me to validate the performance of engineered materials before implementation. Additionally, I've worked on interdisciplinary projects involving additive manufacturing and custom implant design, where I've applied materials science principles to medical applications, specifically developing Ti6Al4V-based lattice structures for orthopedic implants. I'm particularly interested in condensed matter physics and materials science, with a focus on superconducting materials and photovoltaic applications. My research approach combines computational modeling with experimental validation to understand and optimize material properties for real-world applications. Through my work, I aim to contribute to the development of more efficient and stable materials for both energy generation and biomedical applications.
